Who we are

Digital Brings is the trade name of Kandagatla Ram Sai, an individual service provider based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. In these pages, “Digital Brings”, “we” and “us” mean Kandagatla Ram Sai trading as Digital Brings.

What these terms cover

These terms apply when you use this website or buy any service or product from Digital Brings: websites, apps, custom software, AI and automation products (including Voxa and our other products), digital marketing, Local Growth Care and support plans.

Quotes, scope and prices

• Fixed-price items (the ₹499 website, Local Growth Care and product pilot advances) are priced on our Pay page.
• Everything else is priced by a written quote or invoice stating the scope, price and timeline. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we do it.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees. Where a product has running costs — phone minutes, AI usage, hosting or third-party software — they are billed at actual cost and shown to you in advance.

Payments

• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Projects usually need an advance before work starts, with the balance due on delivery, as stated in your quote.
• Monthly plans are paid in advance for each month. If a monthly payment is not made, the service pauses until it is.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and the content we need (text, photos, access, data) on time. Delays in content move the delivery date by the same amount.
• Make sure you have the right to use the content, data and contact lists you give us, including consent to contact people where the law requires it.
• Use our products lawfully. For calling and messaging products you must follow applicable telecom and messaging rules, including do-not-disturb preferences.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the website content and custom deliverables made specifically for you. Our own products, tools, templates and code libraries remain ours; you may use them for as long as your plan is active.

Demos and sample data

Product demos on this website use sample data and fictional businesses to show how the products work. They are not records of real customers.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses or for outages of third-party services such as telecom providers, WhatsApp, Google or hosting platforms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
