What we collect, why, who sees it, and how to ask us to delete it.

Who we are
Digital Brings is the trade name of Kandagatla Ram Sai, an individual service provider based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. In these pages, “Digital Brings”, “we” and “us” mean Kandagatla Ram Sai trading as Digital Brings.
What we collect
- What you send us. The project form on this site stores nothing on our servers. It opens WhatsApp or your email app with your answers filled in, and we receive only what you choose to send.
- Payments. When you pay, Razorpay processes the payment and shares with us the amount, status, your name, email and phone number. We never see your card details, UPI PIN or bank login.
- Client data. When we run a product for you (for example call recordings and transcripts in Voxa), we process that data only to provide the service to you.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare quotes, deliver the work and provide support.
- To confirm payments, issue receipts and keep the records the law requires.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the service: Razorpay (payments), WhatsApp and email providers (communication), and the hosting, telephony or AI providers used by the product you choose. Each receives only what it needs.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages for up to two years, payment records for as long as tax law requires, and client product data for the length of your plan plus 30 days, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us below. We respond within 30 days. We handle personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
