Digital Brings

We bring digital possibilities to businesses.

That’s the whole idea, and it’s why the company is called what it’s called. Plenty of businesses know they need a website, an app, automation or a better system. Far fewer know which one, in what order, or who can actually build it. We exist for that gap.

The idea behind the name

Not a website company. Not a marketing agency.

Those labels describe a deliverable. The businesses we work with don’t arrive with a deliverable — they arrive with a problem, and someone has to be willing to work out what it needs to become.

Sometimes that answer is a website. Often it’s an automation nobody thought to ask for. Sometimes it’s a process change and a spreadsheet, and the honest thing is to say so and charge you for an afternoon instead of a project.

Digital Brings is a digital transformation and AI solutions partner. In plain terms: you bring the business problem, we bring the digital solution — and we build it.

What we sell

Outcomes, in three parts

  • Digital products — the thing your customers and team use
  • AI automation — the work nobody has to do any more
  • Digital growth — the enquiries that make it worth having

Most of our projects involve at least two of these. That’s the point of having them under one roof — the handoffs between them are where value usually goes missing.

What we believe

Six positions we won’t move on.

The business comes before the technology

Nobody needs a React app. They need enquiries answered faster, or stock they can see, or a Monday that doesn’t start with a report. The stack is our problem to choose, not yours to specify.

Saying no is part of the service

If something won’t pay for itself, we’ll say so before you spend. A smaller honest project beats a large one that quietly disappoints.

Your data is yours, and it should travel as little as possible

Several of our own products upload nothing at all — they run entirely in the browser. That’s not a marketing position, it’s a default we design towards.

Untested code is a guess

Our open-source tooling ships with 127 automated tests, and they caught three bugs that would otherwise have reached production. Clients get the same discipline.

No lock-in, ever

Code in your repository, accounts in your name, documentation your next developer can follow. If you want to leave, you should be able to leave on a Tuesday.

Working software beats status updates

A staging link from week one, something clickable at the end of every cycle. Progress you can see beats progress you have to take on trust.

Being straight about it

We’re small and new. Here’s the trade-off.

You’re going to work this out anyway, so let’s put it on the page and let you decide whether it suits your project.

What you get

  • The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it
  • Replies in hours, not after a ticket goes through three inboxes
  • No account manager translating between you and the work
  • An opinion, given directly, including when it’s not what you hoped
  • Pricing without a layer of agency overhead in it
  • Code you can read before you commit — all of ours is public

What we’re not

  • A fifty-person shop that can staff four workstreams next Monday
  • A decade-old brand with a case-study library to browse
  • The cheapest quote you’ll get — testing and handover take time
  • A fit for enterprise procurement that needs a vendor of a certain size
  • Willing to take a project we don’t think we’re right for

If you need scale and process more than you need attention and judgement, a larger firm is genuinely the better answer — and we’ll tell you that on the first call rather than in month three.

Who’s behind it

People, not a stock photo of a team.

Ram Sai Kandagatla

Founder · Product & engineering

Digital Brings started from a pattern that kept repeating: businesses convinced they had a marketing problem, who actually had an information problem. Customers they couldn’t see. Enquiries nobody answered. Compliance dates living in someone’s memory. Every product on our work page came out of one of those conversations.

Most of the work is deliberately public — seven of our eight products are open source and readable end to end. It’s an unusual amount of exposure, and it’s the most honest portfolio we can offer while the client list is still being written.

We bring in specialists we’ve worked with when a project genuinely needs them — and we’ll tell you who they are rather than presenting a bigger team than exists.

Practicalities

How working together actually goes.

Where we work

Based in India, working remotely with clients wherever they are. Most projects never need us in a room, and we’ll say so if yours does.

How we communicate

WhatsApp for quick things, email for anything that needs a record, a call when writing it out would take longer. Whatever suits you.

How we price

Fixed price against an agreed scope, or a monthly retainer for ongoing work. You’ll know the number before anything starts.

How fast we reply

Within one working day, always — usually much sooner. If we’re too busy to take your project on, you’ll hear that quickly too.

Start with the problem. We’ll handle the rest.

One conversation is usually enough to know whether there’s a project here and whether we’re the right people for it.
