Service Delivery Policy
Everything we sell is delivered digitally. Here is how, and how fast.

We deliver services, not physical goods
Digital Brings does not ship physical products. Everything we sell is delivered digitally: websites, software, product access, reports and support.
How and when you receive it
- ₹499 website: delivered within 5 working days of receiving your content, as a live web address.
- Local Growth Care: starts within 2 working days of payment; you receive a monthly report on WhatsApp or email.
- Product pilots (such as Voxa): the pilot timeline is agreed in writing. A typical pilot goes live in 3–4 weeks, much of which is registration with telecom or messaging providers.
- Custom projects: delivered on the timeline in your quote.
Confirmation
After every payment you receive a receipt from Razorpay by email, and we confirm on WhatsApp within one working day with the next steps.
Delays
If we can’t meet a date, we tell you before it passes, with a new date. If a delay is our fault and you no longer want the service, our refund policy applies.
